How we handle what you send us

What we collect

When you submit the executive briefing form we store the fields you fill in (name, work email, company, role, spend tier, program architecture, scope, timeline and diagnostic summary), the page you submitted from, your IP address, country and browser user agent, and the time of the request.

Why

Only to reply to your request, prepare for the briefing call and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to mailing lists, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with travel management companies, airlines, hotels or software vendors.

The calculators

The calculators, scorecards, simulators and comparison tools on every page of this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere unless you choose to submit the briefing form.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep briefing requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by replying to any message we send you or by submitting the briefing form with your request in the summary field.
